Ingredients:
4 cups Sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
6 eggs
3 cups canned pumpkin
3/4 cup water
5 cups All Purpose Flour
3 teaspoons baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon ground clove
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350
Compine Sugar, oil, eggs, pumpkin & water.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
This recipe can be used to make pumpkin muffins or loaves of pumpkin bread.
bake til a tooth pick inserted comes out dry
These can be iced if you like with a buttercream or cream cheese icing. They are moist & I usually serve them uniced. They are always deelish!
